We will exchange any item purchased via the internet site or refund item charges (shipping charges are not refunded) if you do not wish for an exchange at that time. All returned packages must be postmarked within 20 days of the shipping date for a refund, store credit, or exchange. If items are sent back after that time without our express permission, you will not receive a refund, exchange or credit and you will have to pay shipping to have the items returned to you. The items must have all original tags attached, must not have been worn or washed, and must have the original receipt and return/exchange form (completely filled out) included. If the return/exchange form is not filled out, you will be given a store credit for the amount of the return. Since we do NOT keep your credit card information on file, the return form is the ONLY way we have of giving you a credit return. If you send an item back for an immediate exchange for either a like item in a different size/color, or even a completely different item, there will be no additional shipping charges for you on the new item. If you call us or send us an e-mail to let us know what you are exchanging for, we will hold the new item for you so no one else buys it before your returned item get here!
