The sleeves are approximately 30" long and can be cuffed back for a contrasting cuff. This has a drop shoulder so the sleeves are extra long. The red side has side seam pockets - but the black side does not. The matching belt is removable so that you can wear it on either side (beltloops on both sides) and it is reversible as well.
