Welcome to my online catalog/store!

You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order. Sometimes the emails take awhile to arrive. Your credit card is charged only when I process your order in the store. Should there be any unusual delay in processing your order you will be notified.

 

Below you will find some questions and answers about my store and the on-line store.

PLEASE NOTE: The order-placing portion of this site is completely secure so that you can rest assured that your personal information will not be seen by anyone other than store personnel.

 

I can't see the larger pictures. 

- You probably have a pop-up blocker active. You must deactivate your pop-up blocker. The pictures come up in a separate window.

 

 

Do you offer price adjustments?

- Yes, we will offer a price adjustment for up to 7 days after the date of purchase.

- If you see that an item you purchased has been marked down even more on our website, within 7 days of your purchase, please contact us and we will be more than happy to adjust your charges.

- PLEASE NOTE: The 7 day policy is not negotiable. If you contact us on the 8th day after your purchase, we will not be able to do the adjustment for you.

- We cannot offer the price adjustment for competitor’s pricing.

 

 

Do you offer price matching?

- Yes! We will match the price of any competitor.

- The item must be the exact same style, color and size.

- The price must be CURRENTLY listed on the competitor’s website so that we can verify the price. If we cannot verify the price, we cannot offer you the price matching.

- If you would like to use the price matching option, please place your order online as you normally would and put a note in the “Notice To Us” box when checking out to say that you would like the price matching option, which item(s) you would like it on, and which competitor had the lower price – we will verify the competitor’s price and adjust your order accordingly.

- Sorry but we cannot offer the price matching as a price adjustment after your original purchase.

 

 

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

- Yes, I will exchange any item purchased via the internet site or refund item charges (shipping charges are not refunded) if you do not wish for an exchange at this time. All return packages must be postmarked within 20 days of the date on the sale receipt for a refund, store credit, or exchange. If items are sent back after that time without my express permission, you will not receive a refund, exchange or credit and you will have to pay shipping to have the items returned to you. If you are buying a gift, let us know and we will stamp your reciept so a return can be made if necessary. All items must have all original tags attached, must not have been worn or washed, and must have the original receipt and return/exchange form (completely filled out) included.

- IMPORTANT: If the return/exchange form is not filled out properly, you will be given a store credit for the amount of the return. I do NOT keep your credit card information on file for your security. 

- If you send an item back for an immediate exchange for either a like item in a different size/color, or even a completely different item, there will be no additional shipping charges for you on the new item (US only). If you call me or send me an e-mail to let me know what you are exchanging for, I will hold the new item for you so no one else buys it before your returned item get here!

 

 

Why can't I find a sizing chart?

- I don't have one. Size charts have little to do with how a garment will fit you. In women's wear, the size is just the place to start. Depending on the manufacturer, an item can run small, run large, or fit true to size. If you check your closet, you will most likely find that, for instance, you have slacks in size 12, size 14, and size 16. Therefore your true size is size 14. I try to include how I think, in my humble opinion, the garment is fitting for each item. I will do this by stating, "It is running big/large or it is running small" or I may include number size ranges with the letter sizes (example: Small is 6-8 or Small is 8-10, etc.) If I don't specifically state it, you can assume that the garment is running true to size.

 

 

How do I use a coupon or promo code? Can I use more than one promotion per order?

- Only 1 promo code may be used per purchase. Enter your promo code or coupon in the "Promo Code & Value" box, along with what the promo is for (value of the promotion/coupon) and we will apply it when we process your order. NOTE: The value of the coupon will not show in your shopping cart, we will apply it when we process your order in the store.

 

 

What forms of payment do you accept on this site?

- I accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

What taxes are charged to my order?

- Taxes of 6.5% will be charged to shipments in the state of Ohio only - orders outside the state of Ohio are not charged tax.

 

 

What are my shipping charges? 

- Shipping is based on the total dollar amount of your item order. It is for either UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States (which is approximately 5-7 business days) or USPS Priority Mail.

- NOTE: The amount shown at checkout is the MAXIMUM amount you will pay for basic Ground/Priority mail. If actual shipping charges are less than the quoted price, your total will be adjusted when the order is processed in the store - if actual shipping charges are more than the quoted price, you will only pay the amount quoted when your order was placed.

- IF YOU PREFER expedited shipping, please include a note – with the specific shipping method preferred - in the special instructions area and your total will be adjusted for actual shipping charges when your order is processed in the store. For overnight shipping, expect us to add about $20.00 to the express shipping amount, which is for 2 day.

 

 

Do you sell outside of the United States?

- Yes, but shipping is charged at the actual postage rate, we cannot guarantee when the item will arrive, and any duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Please e-mail us about what you are interested in and where we would be shipping to, if you would like a shipping quote, so we can calculate the postage or shipping charges for you.

 

 

Can I return an item to Luxuriously Tall in person?

- Absolutely! We love to see you. Please note that the store hours are as follows:
